Terms and Conditions when browsing the images:

The graduation photos are intended to be browsed by the graduates or their authorized persons , staff of corresponding institution(s) only, if you are not anyone of them, please respect their privacy and do not enter the page and make any order for them. Photo Online Limited (our company) shall reserve legal right against anyone who made forged order to us, caused any damage to the browsing software or photos. You are also prohibited to download, publish or other purpose of any design and graduation photo from us without prior permission from us or their legal owner. If the buyer cannot provide us the correct graduand’s name, we reserve our right to cancel the order.

We reserve our right to reject any order or request by person(s) with poor order history.

The image color on screen may vary with different monitors, actual photo output color may not match what you see on your monitor. Our company is not responsible for that kind of discrepancy.

This program is provided and licensed ‘as is’, without any warranty of any type, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of mechantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Photo Online Limited or any other third parties involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the program be liable for any type of damage, in any circumstance (including, but not limited to, the direct or indirect damages caused by loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss), arising out of the use of or the inability to use the software product, even if Photo Online Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The user is entirely responsible for the results or performance of this software product. Photo Online Limited may terminate this license at all times.

PROPERTY:

Any use of the software product name is strictly prohibited without the written permission of Photo Online Limited.

The software product, including its code, documentation, appearance, structure and design, is an exclusive product of Photo Online Limited, who permanently preserves all property rights to the software product or its copies, modifications, or merged parts.

You are also prohibited to download, publish or other purpose of any design and graduation photo from Photo Online Limited without prior permission.
